Villa Aria is an impressive villa, providing all the comforts of a luxurious accommodation and is ideal for family holidays. It is made of stone and wood with the finest materials and attention to detail, and is situated on a 2,5 arce plot, in a slight location just outside the picturesque village Asteri of Rethymnon. It provides total privacy as it is built away from other accommodation.
Inside, villa Aria is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the living and dining area with fireplace and Satelite TV. An open kitchen (fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances and the necessary equipment), 1 double bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite shower, 2 twin bedrooms with ensuite shower and a further bedroom with king size bed and ensuite hydro massage shower are also on the same floor. All rooms are airconditioned and provide flat screen TVs and access to the pool terrace.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
