The Home
The house has everything you need and more! You can use the smart Tv, the washing machine, the oven, the iron, the coffee machine and more. The guests can park inside the structure and they can also use the garden and the outdoor kitchen.
From the apartment the guests can appreciate an amazing view, when the sky is clean the mountains and the sea are perfectly clear.
The guests can contact us by cellphone every minute during the stay, but since we live right above the flat we are always available for any kind of problem.
Rome isn’t the only place to visit around the flat, in fact there are a lot of attractions within about thirty minutes. For example you can visit the Roman Castles, you can go to the sea of Anzio or Nettuno, You can shop at the Valmontone outlet or you can spend the day at the Rainbow Magicland amusement park. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
