Your vacation home is located in the College Park neighborhood of Richardson, Texas, home to the University of Texas at Dallas and the Telecom Corridor. Richardson is known for being culturally diverse, so you’ll be near many amazing ethnic restaurants and shops. You’ll also be conveniently close to DFW airport and exciting downtown Dallas — both just about 25 minutes away! While you’ll definitely want to check out the many attractions in Dallas, there’s plenty to see and do right here in Richardson. The Dr. Pepper StarCenter ice rink is located 20 minutes away; Sherrill Park Golf Course and the Eisemann Center, which hosts symphonies and musical theatre performances, are both just 10 minutes away. You’ll be a 7-minute drive from our popular Chinatown featuring authentic Chinese food, shops, and specialty grocery stores. If you’re interested in shopping, you can find amazing deals at Allen Premium Outlets 20 minutes away or The Galleria Dallas, a high-end shopping center, is 14 minutes away. If you’re with kids, they’ll have a blast at Adventure Landing playing mini-golf, laser tag, and bumper boats. They can also race go karts and play in the arcade. The Richardson Food Truck Park is one of our most unique attractions featuring mouth-watering street food from the best food trucks in the Dallas area. There will be a food option that appeals to every member of your group, just be sure to check the schedule to see which trucks will be there on a particular day. Finally, the city has several amazing parks you absolutely must check out and 3 of them are just 10 minutes away from home. A favorite among the locals is Cottonwood Park, the perfect spot to spend a sunny afternoon. It features a charming duck pond and is known for hosting art festivals throughout the year, so be sure to check out the local listings to see what’s on during your visit. Prairie Creek Park is known for its scenic landscapes and vibrant flowers and plants. It also features a gorgeous waterfall right in the center of the park, the perfect spot to take some amazing pictures. Last, but not least, Spring Creek Trail and Spring Creek Nature Center can be found in lush woodland just outside of Richardson. It’s the ideal spot to find some peace and solitude. Perfect for walking, biking, or hiking, there are over 5 miles of trails to take in the tranquil scenery.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,* Smoking of any type is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
- * Room #4 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests.
- *Check-in/checkout time: 4pm/10am.
- *No parties or events allowed.
- *Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and the booking platform policies. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
- *Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied.
- *Minimum age requirement for booking is 23 years old.
