The apartment comes with a fully-equipped kitchen that offers everything from a full-size stove and oven, dishwasher and microwave to cookware, tableware, and utensils.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a washer, dryer and a hairdryer.
The on-suite bathroom has a walk in shower.

If you like to visit Perlan (panoramic view to Reykjavik), you can take the Hop On-Hop Off at "Hofdi House" or use the nearby central bus station Hlemmur. Both stops are within walking distance.
There is an underground (paid) parking garage under Bríetartún 9. There is also paid street parking outside, which is free between 9pm-9am.
There is street parking in the area, free of charge after 21:00 till 9:00 in the morning, and a parking garage (paid) under the building. It cost 24 hours but the price is very affordable after 21:00. No reservation needed. Most of the area surrounding Bríetartún is P2 Pay Zone.
