Three bedrooms, main bedroom with en suite and main bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and nightlife, but in a more tranquil area close to the sea side.
The apartment can accommodate five people. The apartment has a large kitchen/living area, with an amazing view. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a king sized bed en suite bathroom and a walk in closet, second bedroom has a queen size bed, and third bedroom has a single bed.
The apartment comes with a fully-equipped kitchen that offers everything from a full-size stove and oven, dishwasher and microwave to cookware, tableware, and utensils.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a washer, dryer and a hairdryer.

Enjoy a walk in the seaside of Reykjavik and visit the Sun Voyager and Harpa, one of Reykjavik's greatest landmarks. It is a cultural and social center in the heart of the city. Start your day at Hlemmur Mathöll food hall for an early brunch before you are ready to visit local museums, like the Settlement Exhibition or the National Museum of Iceland. As you are walking down Laugavegur, you will get the change to buy local souvenirs and visit boutiques with high-end products, most of which are Icelandic designed and produced.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
