The apartment has a large kitchen/living area, with an amazing view. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a king sized bed en suite bathroom and a walk in closet, second bedroom has a queen size bed, and third bedroom has a single bed. The apartment comes with a fully-equipped kitchen that offers everything from a full-size stove and oven, dishwasher and microwave to cookware, tableware, and utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub, a washer, dryer and a hairdryer. The on-suite bathroom has a walk in shower. Cots, cribs, high seats and other children/baby furniture are available upon request. Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything within the apartment is private and for you to use at your convenience. There is a pickup/drop off location for tours and airport transfers nearby called "Bus Stop 12 - Höfðatorg". The apartment at the heart of Reykjavík, so most museums and activities are in a walking distance. If you like to visit Perlan (panoramic view to Reykjavik), you can take the Hop On-Hop Off at "Hofdi House" or use the nearby central bus station Hlemmur. Both stops are within walking distance. There is an underground (paid) parking garage under Bríetartún 9. There is also paid street parking outside, which is free between 9pm-9am. There is street parking in the area, free of charge after 21:00 till 9:00 in the morning, and a parking garage (paid) under the building. It cost 24 hours but the price is very affordable after 21:00. No reservation needed. Most of the area surrounding Bríetartún is P2 Pay Zone. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip to Iceland, which covers issues as delayed baggage, travel accidents, weather trip cancellations and emergency overseas medical.
