The Neighborhood
Naiharn is one of the most famous areas of Phuket, popular for expats and independent travelers. There are a few hotels, what make the beach unloaded. Here are plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Yachts, snorkeling, surfing, jogging around the lake, kite surfing are just some of the activities available in the area. Every 50 meters there are places to eat Thai and international cuisine for every taste. There are daily markets in Naiharn where you can buy seafood, souvenirs, clothes and other Thai products. It is easy to find supermarkets, Thai massage, ATMs and currency exchange. The wonderful beach is just in few minutes drive, white sand and warm sea await you all year round. Large shopping centers and Phuket Town are in 15 minutes drive, along the way there are many gas stations and interesting sights like Big Buddha, Bird Park, Wat Chalong Temple. Patong beach is in 25 min drive.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
