The 1-hectare property with a beautiful rolling garden features various terraces and shaded spots.
In front of the villa lies the beautiful swimming pool of no less than 12 by 6 meters. It is equipped with a Roman staircase, making it pleasant to enter and exit. There is also a comfortable pool house equipped with a refrigerator and wifi. As pool heating is available, swimming in the early and late season is much more attractive. On the adjacent sun terrace, there are plenty of sunbeds for you, and of course, you can also dine in the garden; a comfortable garden set and a parasol are at your disposal. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
