Spread out between five bedrooms, each featuring new furniture, mattresses, and bedding. The deck off of the eat-in kitchen area is ideal for your morning coffee or sunset drinks. This Lake Norman home features great charm, and the views give this home the atmosphere your friends and family will cherish.
The main entrance opens with a custom door into a large foyer and sitting area. It’s the perfect place to escape the house for a chance to read your favorite novel or sip your adult beverage. Off this adult sitting area is an attached dining room with a large table and seating for 8 featuring sawgrass wallpaper and judges paneling.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
