Welcome to the Sunshine Villa! This newly renovated one-bedroom with modern decor is the perfect getaway for two. Located on ground level so there are only four steps into the unit. It is situated in a cove on the 12-mile marker. This complex offers a lakeside pool, indoor pool, swim dock, fish cleaning station, a playground, basketball court, tennis court, gas BBQ grill, and a boat launch. There is a 10’ x 24’ boat slip available for rent.
**Please note, starting July 8th 2024 the indoor pool and hot tub will not be available until further notice due to remodel.
**There is no trailer parking available for guest.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
