On the mezzanine, small office, bedroom n°2 with 140 cm bed.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • ### PriceThe prices indicated were established on the basis of the effective economic situation at the day of your reservation. We reserve the right to reflect on them the price increases imposed by the provisions of service before the date ofyour stay.
  • ### Payment
  • Advance payment equal to 100% of the rental rate is required at the reservation. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date.
  • PETS. Animals are not allowed. It is possible to apply a derogation, with the express consent of the owner. Any traces of pets in the apartment or on the furniture or in the swimming pool may incur additional cleaning or repair costs. All of the above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. The owners of the furnished properties decline all responsibility for any illness or injury that may occur to humans or pets during the stay.
  • Equipment: Comfort equipment (eg swimming pool, WIFI etc.) is subject to regular maintenance. However, these are likely to suffer temporary malfunctions which the Conciergerie de Bourgogne will remedy as soon as possible. Under no circumstances will the temporary unavailability of these comfort infrastructures give rise to a full or partial refund of your stay.
  • ### Caution and responsibility of the customer
  • Before your arrival you will be asked for a security deposit paid in cash, check or bank transfer. The security deposit is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
  • * No damage is done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
  • * No costs incurred due to illegal activity,
  • * No damage is not caused by animals
  • * Paid services provided during the stay are well paid
  • * All debris, waste and rejects are placed in a dumpster, and the dishes clean or in the dishwasher. Garbage cans must be thrown in and taken down and in the case of single-family homes they must be taken out for collection. In case of bins not thrown away we will charge you 30 € penalty.
  • * All keys are left on the kitchen table or in the secure key box or letter box, or handed over directly to the check-out agent.
  • * All fees accrued during the stay are paid before departure.
  • * None of the linens or towels are lost or damaged.
  • You are responsible for damage caused by improper use of the house / apartment and the payment of repairs or the replacement of damaged items will be your responsibility, they will be deducted in priority from the deposit and invoiced in addition if the amount of the deposit is insufficient. or in full if the deposit was not requested at the start of the stay.

  • Equipements: Les équipements de confort (par ex: piscine, WIFI etc) font l'objet d'un entretien régulier. Cependant ceux-ci sont susceptibles de subir des dysfonctionnements temporaires auxquels Property Manager remédiera dans les meilleurs délais possibles. En aucun cas l'indisponibilité temporaire de ces infrastructures de confort ne pourra donner lieux à un remboursement intégral ou partiel de votre séjour.
  • ### Caution et responsabilité du client
  • Avant votre votre arrivée il vous sera demandé un dépôt de garantie payé en espèces, chèque ou par virement. Le dépôt de garantie est entièrement remboursable dans les (14) jours du départ, à condition que les dispositions suivantes sont remplies.
  • * Aucun dommage est fait à la propriété ou à son contenu, au-delà de l'usure normale.
  • * Aucun frais encourus en raison d'une activité illégale,
  • * Aucun dommage n'est pas causé par des animaux
  • * Les services payants rendus pendant le séjour soient bien réglés
  • * Tous les débris, les déchets et les rejets sont placés dans une benne à ordures, et la vaisselle propre ou dans le lave vaisselle. Les poubelles doivent être jetés et descendues et en cas de maison individuelles elles doivent être sortis pour le ramassage. En cas des poubelles non jetés nous vous facturerons 30€ de pénalité.
  • * Toutes les clefs sont laissées sur la table de cuisine ou dans la boîte à clés sécurisé ou dans la boîte aux lettres, ou remis directement au check-out agent.
  • * Tous les frais accumulés durant le séjour sont payés avant le départ.
  • * Aucun des draps ou des serviettes sont perdus ou endommagés.
  • Vous êtes responsable des dommages causés par une mauvaise utilisation de la maison/appartement et le paiement des réparations ou le remplacement des éléments endommagés seront à votre charge ils seront en priorité déduits de la caution et facturés en sus si le montant de la caution est insuffisant ou en totalité si la caution n’a pas été demandé au début du séjour.
  • ### Réservations falsifiées.
  • En cas de réservation effectuée de manière frauduleuse, tous les montants qui n'ont pas été effectivement payés ne pourront être déduit du montant normal de la location.
  • ### Occupation maximale
  • L'occupation maximale de logement doit être respecté. Toute personnes supplémentaires seront facturées selon le tarif déterminé dans le paragraphe "frais supplémentaires".
