As a part of the coveted Seabrook Island Creek Watch Villa community, this townhome overlooks spectacular views of the tidal marsh and local wildlife. Get even closer to nature when you get out on the water via the community’s boat landing (less than 200 yards away) where kayaks and canoes are always welcome. When you’d prefer to stay on land, hop on a rental bike and head for the beach! Often uncrowded, the island’s beaches boast boardwalks and ample parking, making this a great location for crabbing, fishing, sea-combing, and biking. Within an hour’s drive one can explore the historic city of Charleston with its cultural offerings, wonderful restaurants, and county parks. Don’t miss the Angel Oak, a short visit to a spectacularly old and graceful tree.
Framed by vaulted ceilings and ample natural lighting, the interior of Nature Retreat mixes comfort and convenience. The living room’s ample seating and large TV are perfect for evening movie viewings, whereas the well-equipped kitchen’s stainless steel appliances make cooking a breeze. The coffee lovers of the group will appreciate the provided Keurig and additional coffee makers. Everyone will adore the sunroom’s excellent views and telescope, and the adults of the group will appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer. Extra privacy is available in the loft space with its privacy curtain. The loft bedroom is accessible via a 22-inch wide spiral staircase, which is not recommended for small children, guests with mobility issues, or those with large suitcases.
Sleep soundly each evening tucked under the soft linens in the bedroom. Central air-conditioning and happy thoughts of the days to come will lull you toward a peaceful slumber.

Parking Notes: There are 2 parking spots available for use.1 parking pass is automatically paid for when booking the reservation. Any additional parking passes are $40 + taxes.
Important Things to Know:
This property has Seabrook Island Club Access for an additional fee. For $55/day or $315/week, you may purchase access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as golf, racquet sports, and club dining which require additional payment. When you book a stay with us, we will send you instructions for how to pre-register.
Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October.
Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free. For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym. Fitness classes are available for an extra fee.
