Villa Margarita is a traditional and modern Villa located in one of the best areas of Puerto Pollensa, with mountain views on the back and just minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa center and beach, where nice restaurants, shops and cafes are located. The cottage style villa is all on one level with bright and Mediterranean style and provides a good holiday accommodation with private pool, a stone made BBQ, AC and Free HIGH SPEED WIFI OF100 MB.
The access to the Villa leads directly into the lounge and dining area and to the new furnished kitchen, totally equipped with all modern facilities and devices for your perfect holiday time. Enjoy good entertainment with TV flat-screen, international TV channels, books and table games.
From the living room there is an access to the little hall that leads to the 2 nice bedrooms of Villa Margarita. One bedroom with double bed offers stunning views to the mountains and the other one with 2 single beds looks at the pool and garden area, between them a modern and rustic bathroom.
All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.
From the living room doors open to the big terrace, equipped with a dining table and perfect for eating and enjoying Mediterranean dinner in the shade. From the pool area you have beautiful views to the Boquer mountains.
Enjoy with family and friends the refreshing pool, or relax and read in one of the sunbeds.

Villa Margarita is situated in the privileged area called " Siller " of Puerto Pollensa, with mountain and village views. From here you can walk to the beach (15min) to Puerto Pollença and participate in numerous activities the village is offering ,as restaurants, bars or shops
Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking.
In the evening there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants.
There is a large supermarket just before you get to town.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little rocky beaches, called " calas ", and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystalline water.
Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafes. The town is full of history and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colorful with local fruits, vegetables , nuts and spices.
There is a gorgeous virgin beach called Cala Boquer near Villa Margarita and is only accessible by walking, The 1 hour excursion offers pure nature, clean and blue water, peace and wonderful views.
Due to its proximity to all needs for your holiday a car is not necessary for Villa Margarita as you can access everything by walking. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away from the Villa. A free parking is available in case you reserve a car to discover other picturesque places around.
