We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. With its prime location and modern amenities, this 76 square meters retreat offers the perfect base for an unforgettable stay in the Portuguese capital. Anzio features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The squiggling headboard details in each room give an ode to the calming waves of the sea to match the apartment’s theme. One of the bedrooms also comes with an ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for the occupants. With a second detached bathroom, guests can enjoy ample space and comfort throughout their stay. The open-plan living room and kitchen area is thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The living room is equipped with a full entertainment system, providing you with endless entertainment options during your downtime. Additionally, a dedicated workstation is available, allowing you to catch up on work or plan your daily adventures with ease. The stylish dining table provides the perfect spot to enjoy delicious meals or relax over a glass of wine with friends and family. For maximum comfort, this apartment comes with air conditioning and split heating, ensuring a comfortable environment no matter the season. One of the highlights of Anzio is its shared rooftop, complete with a refreshing pool. Unwind and bask in the sun or take a dip in the pool while enjoying picturesque views of the surrounding city. For guests with their own vehicles, Anzio offers a parking space, ensuring hassle-free access to transportation. The apartment is also designed with disabled access, making it inclusive and accessible to all guests. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
