Tennis Townhomes Features Shuttle Stop - A shuttle stop is right at the edge of the property. The free ski shuttle runs seasonally and takes you around Keystone and to the lifts. Parking - Tennis Townhomes allow 2 cars per unit to park on-site. Tennis Courts- The name implies it all, but you are very close to the tennis center at Keystone so bring your racquet and enjoy a game while you are here in Keystone! High-speed Internet Access – Wireless Internet is provided within all condos at the Tennis Townhomes in Keystone. Keystone Mountain Views – Tennis Townhomes are up the side of the hill, so you can only imagine the views from the large deck. You can see the slopes of Keystone right from the front door. You will enjoy gorgeous mountain views as well as ski slope views from the condo.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Rules are as follows:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Children are allowed.
- The minimum age limit for Guests is 25.
- Parking rules are property specific. Per Keystone Resort rules, each reservation will be given one parking permit. Read your email confirmation for detailed parking rules during your reservation.
