The Neighborhood
The apartment is located in the historical center of Paris, on one of the oldest streets of Paris: its axis was traced from the 1st century by the Romans. Back then Paris was no more than a small city, and the street was the triumphal way of the royal entrances into the capital. It is the most central part of Paris where are located Louvre Museum, Notre Dame and Le Marais. Between Louvre Museum, Notre Dame and Le Marais, the apartment is in the most central neighbourhood of Paris. The district is the vibrant center of the Parisian life. It is mostly made of pedestrian streets that are perfect ways to discover the historical center of the city. Our neighbourhood is a place steeped in history from where you can discover Paris, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply taste one of the French restaurants a few meters from your Parisian home. The neighborhood is very safe with the Pompidou Museum of Modern Art 100m away from the apartment.

Access and Accessibility

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules

- • no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards

- If one of the above house rules is broken:
- • A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
- • The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.
- In order to guarantee compliance with these rules, the photos of the identity documents of the people staying in the apartment will be requested.
- Once the photos are received, we will set up a video call to help plan your stay and answer your questions
- a separate deposit will be made and sent to you by email five days before your arrival.
- Finally, if the keys to the apartment are lost, € 170 will be charged.
- These rules allow us to ensure you a quality stay in Paris.
