Myrtle Beach airport is 15 minutes away. For fun on-site, take a refreshing dip in the shared pool or sizzle some of your favorite foods on the charcoal grills. Ocean views abound throughout the living, kitchen, and dining areas, as well as the large furnished balcony. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Comfortable furnishings and smart TVs welcome casual comfort and entertainment between outings. Updated mattresses ensure a restful night’s sleep throughout your stay. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, a hair dryer, and an ironing board. All linens are provided for bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If renting a golf cart, make sure it is gas as this property does not have a place to charge it. Beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler are available in the private storage unit located at street level under the building. This property is managed by Property Manager South Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
