If you are a lover of true first-class furnishing and extraordinary interior design, then this design apartment will absolutely amaze you. Our six luxury apartments of the "Marina Tower" are real highlights in our portfolio. We have spared no expense and effort to conjure up a top class apartment for our dear guests, with a unique view that will leave a lasting impression on you. This particular apartment is the one furthest up - namely on the 35th floor!
The interplay of remarkable dark vintage pieces and modern light furniture is a testament to a grandiose interior design approach that combines style and comfort. You will find only the best materials, ergonomic designs and expensive facilities here. When touching the smooth surface of the solid wood commode or lounging on the chic soft dining chairs, you will quickly be convinced of everythings quality.
Unlike other apartments this home really has an independent character. Stylish designer wallpapers finally dare to get away from the always white walls and gray furniture pieces. Please tell us, have you ever slept in a bed where a school of fish passed you by?
A wonderfully luxurious interior look is created through the emergence of golden details that are noble without being ostentatious.Even the toilet room is extraordinarily stylish, with a dark teal blue wall and a wooden ladder as towel rack.
Thanks to the chic glass front, the rooms are flooded with light. Depending on your needs, you can fully welcome the radiant sun into your home or darken the room at will by means of electronic shalusia or with translucent or opaque curtains.
Truly amazing is the tremendous balcony terrace. It runs through the entire exterior walls and opens up the view of the expanse of the beautiful blue Danube river. The panoramic view from the 35th floor is phenomenal, with the vast green expanse of the Viennese Prater and the lively Danube Island below. On warm summer evenings, you can set up a romantic dinner on the balcony while watching the glowing ships on the Danube passing by. Sounds good, right?
When leaving the “Marina Tower”, you will quickly find the Danube at your feet. Only an idyllic water park separates you from the river. Specially designed crossings will take you to delightful walking and cycling paths directly on the waterfront, where you will also find access to the U2 station "Donaumarina". Supermarket, pharmacy and a chic lounge are located directly in the Marina Tower. Pursuing one’s health goals and staying fit is especially easy as you have access to the inhouse fitness club and sauna. There is only one more thing to be said: Enjoy!
