Outdoor: Passing outside you can see the barbecue, for the preparation of splendid grills during the summer evenings as well as the small wood oven near the trullo. Not far away it is possible to take advantage of the seasonal harvest from the organic garden, grown by local farmers.
The swimming pool (11m X 5m X 1.2h), which dominates the entire outdoor area, is absolutely essential to make your holiday unique, here you can have fun and relax with your family and friends and you can also sunbathe lying down in the areas equipped with mobile and stone sun loungers with large cushions. You can also relax in the shade of the umbrellas properly installed near the pool, perhaps after taking a shower in the outdoor area and cooling off.
The large garden is suitable for hosting small events and ceremonies with a larger capacity than the villa (subject to authorization and payment of an event FEE).

The trullo is magnificent, and as you enter through the main door, you come straight into a lounge, open plan, with dining table and very modern kitchen. The fixtures and fittings are of a high quality. The kitchen has everything you will need during your stay, with gas hob, small oven, and small dishwasher. Coffee Machine, toaster, and all the mod cons required for your holiday. There is a TV, so you can enjoy watching Italian TV and maybe brushing up on your Italian language skills. From this main trullo, you have two double bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, and stone shelving, with bedside cabinets, and patio doors opening up onto the grounds.
The next double bedroom has twin beds, with stone shelving, bedside cabinets, and plenty of room for either two adults or two children. These two bedrooms share a bathroom, with modern shower, black sink, built on a stone support. Toilet, bidet. From the lounge there is also patio doors that open up onto the gardens, and pool area, with plenty of covered veranda space, for 9. There are comfortable seating areas throughout and covered veranda’s, where you can enjoy breakfast with warm croissants, and freshly brewed coffee. The next trullo adjoining, but accessed from a separate entrance, gives you an open plan lounge, kitchen area. Ideal for a couple. Independent of the main trullo, there is also a gas hob, electric oven, and dishwasher Wall mounted white TV. With coffee making facilities, sink, and drainer. Through to the bathroom on the left, again high quality, fittings, with stone washbasin, in black, toilet and bidet, and large shower area. There is also storage to the right, opposite the bathroom for your luggage. From here you go through to the bedroom, which has wardrobes, and a king sized bed. All rooms have air conditioning throughout.
