The property for rent is on one level (ground floor) and is divided into the living area and the sleeping area.
In the living area you will find a large living room with barrel vaults and a dinner table for 8 guests, a sofa with armchairs, a TV and a fireplace.
From the living room, through large grated windows, crossing the covered veranda, you can easily go to the pool and garden.
Also in the living area, you will find a complete and equipped kitchen with a gas stove, fridge with freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and various utensils.
Service to the kitchen / living room and usable from the double bedroom with independent entrance from the outside, there is a bathroom complete with sink, mirror, toilet, bidet and shower.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 of which with single beds that can be joined together and 2 double bedrooms which also have an external entrance.
