Villa Castelprile has a gorgeous infinity salted water pool (15x5x1.40) and accommodates up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms and 7 + 1 guest bathrooms.
At only five kilometers from the beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia, Villa Castelprile sits on a gentle hill under the historic Castellaccio di Prile, in the Southern part of Tuscany also known as Maremma.
This elegant and modern villa has lovely views over the hills and the Coast, the peninsula of Argentario, the Natural Reserve of Diaccia Botrona, Montecristo and Giglio Islands. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- 10 people price maximum = 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
- **The listed price is for maximum 14 people. No more than 14 people are admitted in the property.
- Arrivals on days other than Saturday are only possible upon request and subject to owner approval.

- 10 people price = included 3 hrs. per day / 5 days a week.
- 14 people price = included 4 hrs. per day / 5 days a week.

- Security deposit:

- The security deposit will be released after 3 days.
