At only five kilometers from the beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia, Villa Castelprile sits on a gentle hill under the historic Castellaccio di Prile, in the Southern part of Tuscany also known as Maremma. This elegant and modern villa has lovely views over the hills and the Coast, the peninsula of Argentario, the Natural Reserve of Diaccia Botrona, Montecristo and Giglio Islands. Florence with its international airport is roughly 160 km away to the north, Siena and Chianti around 90 km away to the east and Rome with its international airport is roughly 200 km away, to the south. It has air conditioning that can be regulated separately in each room and it also has ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The south wing has a comfortable porch that will allow our guests to stay and eat outside in any season while the north wing has got a nice large pergola perfect for relaxing. A built-in BBQ is available near the pergola, not too far from the pool ground. Internal Description 400 SQM The villa is divided in two main wings which can be easily connected by simply opening a door. The property sleeps up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms + 1 guest bathroom. All the bedrooms are very bright and have lovely views. There are 7 bathrooms + 1 guest bathroom located on the ground floor, 2 modern and fully equipped kitchens, 2 living - dining rooms. The furnishings of the villa are new and first quality, all the details have been carefully selected by the owner. The house is fully air-conditioned and all the windows have mosquito screens. SOUTH WING Ground Floor: Large sitting room with fireplace and dining area opening on to an equipped panoramic veranda; kitchen; guest bathroom. First floor: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower) opening on to a private terrace. NORTH WING Ground floor: Large sitting/dining room opening on to the veranda and garden with outdoor dining area and barbecue; fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath & shower) opening onto the garden; twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower).
