There is a public boat launch very close to the property to ensure your time on the water is made easy. Bring your boat or jet ski, or you can explore the Cobbosseecontee with the canoe and kayaks that are provided. Anglers will adore the stream’s plentiful bounty of fish including bass, brook trout, and brown trout. The water is about 4-5 feet deep at the dock and there is a 16-foot deep channel just beyond the dock making the waterfront ideal for swimming, fishing, and boating. Relax on the expansive deck and enjoy the call of the loon and peaceful sounds of nature in this serene location. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
