Close to some of the best dining and shopping options at Market Common and only 3 miles to must-see Boardwalk and Skywheel. This property is recently upgraded with new flooring and paint. Visitors return year after year to enjoy this spacious condo and relax on the large balcony looking over the ocean! Ocean Blue does not allow motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts. They will also not allow roof racks or cargo carriers on top of ANY vehicles. The parking garage clearance is 7FT. No groups under age of 25 No House Parties No Motorcycles No Trailers No Golf Carts When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals. All guests must sign an Property Manager rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Property Manager. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Property Manager will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
