Located a few blocks from the beachfront, this rental is roomy enough for up to 8 guests, with its spacious four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathroom. We do not rent to locals. All guests must sign an Property Manager rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Property Manager. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Property Manager will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local. All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
