We do not rent to locals. • A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking. • No Pets and No Smoking in the unit or on the property—$500 deep cleaning fee for violations • No House Parties or Groups Under 25 • Ocean Blue strictly prohibits motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers on any vehicle • Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We strive for a 4 PM check-in but delays can occur • Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
