We do not rent to locals. • A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking. • No Pets and No Smoking in the unit or on the property – $500 deep cleaning fee applies for violations • No House Parties or Groups Under Age 25 • Ocean Blue strictly prohibits motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers • Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM – while we aim for 4 PM, delays may occur • Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year.
