This contemporary home is interestingly designed in a U-shape around a central pool patio which is easily accessed from the bedrooms and the living areas.
The home is clean white with layers of white and soft beige tones on the walls, floors, furnishings and bedding. This almost-blank canvas makes a startling backdrop to the myriad of fresh greens from the golf course, fairways, olive and pine trees on the doorstep.
Enter the house from the street and find the private places in the centre of the house. Look out and you’ll see that the pool patio and the back of the house – located right on the golf course – become part of the garden. Push back the sliding glass doors and meander onto the fairway – a golf lover’s dream!

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
