- There are 4 convertible sofa beds (not pullout). Each sleeps one person. Full-size sheets, blankets, and pillows must be brought by guests. There are 2 in the living room, 1 in the sunroom, and 1 in the family room
- Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide their own linens
- Internet Speed: 125mps - Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation.
Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby. Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, and trip insurance.
Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
