Iona Residence is a 2-bedroom property located next to Ayr Harbour. Attached to the lounge area is a balcony where you can sit outside and soak up the sun (hopefully!) whilst enjoying your morning coffee or some evening drinks.
There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite attached to the primary bedroom and the other is a family sized bathroom which is located just down the hall.
You will only be a short stroll from Ayr Beach and Ayr Town. So, whether you decide to explore the local cafes, restaurants and bars or dine alfresco on the beach with a picnic, you will never run out of fun filled activities. And after a busy day, what better way to relax then to jump into the spacious, comfy beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep up to 2 guests. If you’re looking for a large family or friends’ getaway, Iona Residence is the place for you.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
