Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- • No parties or events allowed.
- • No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
- • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
- • Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am every day.
- • Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
- • Please take care of the furnishings.
- • Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- • No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- • NO pets are allowed.
- • Subject to HOA rules.
- If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
- If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home. In some instances, we may need to modify your reservation and/or move you to another property. In those instances, it is agreed that there will be no host cancellation fee if you are not agreeable to the changes and we have to cancel your reservation.
