This Luxury Property has four buildings ranged over 1600 sqm of old brick terraces and mature semi tropical gardens enclosed on all sides for complete privacy.
Traditional Thai exterior with modern European interiors there is in the main residence, two additional buildings each housing two bedrooms, two bathrooms and further building housing a fitness studio.
It has a fabulous open dining area with Thai kitchen, large BBQ and a pizza oven. There is a covered bar with TV and Pool Table, and a car port for two cars. The swimming pool has a jacuzzi, swim jet, shower and its own covered relaxation area with adjacent waterfall. There is also a pong with 20 large multicolored koi fishes, two waterfalls there that is also a great relaxing area.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
