The Hill is a bright, airy and spacious coastal couples or singles retreat on the crest of Yamba Hill. This thoughtfully styled apartment offers coastal views from it’s generous balcony and is walking distance to all of Yamba’s five beaches, the markets, the Pacific Hotel and the heart of town.
The Hill is the perfect location for your next beach escape to Yamba for a weekend or longer. With full kitchen and dining facilities and open plan living area opening out to a large balcony with ocean views, there’s little more you could hope for.
Bask in the morning sun as you sit in the lounge on the balcony or enjoy an afternoon snack from the raised outdoor dining table which affords you 180 degree views beyond the norfolk pines to the pacific ocean.
The queen size bedroom is generous in size with an ensuite. It’s light and airy with a ceiling fan and views over Yamba and Pippi Beach, all the way to Angourie.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
