A sense of continuity with the surrounding nature is also given by the roof / solarium due to the presence of a small maquis garden which completes an almost total fusion with it.
Attractions: Villa Il Rosso di Tramonto is located in the elegant and exclusive residential park of Portobello di Gallura, which access is reserved for residents only, so you can breathe a relaxing and reserved atmosphere, but at the same time convivial. It is also characterized by several hidden coves and beaches that are never crowded.
From the villa it is possible to reach on foot the sandy beach of Baia dell’Amore, only 350 meters away.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
