With numerous bus and tram stops nearby, you can easily reach any part of the city. The street is surrounded by numerous green areas, parks and squares. The proximity to the river and parks offers respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is located right next to the beautiful 17th-century royal palace with its museum of fine arts, baroque garden and elegant park in Wilanów. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Please note that the availability of the following services depends on the season:
- Heating: included in the price. Applicable seasons: from 01-01 to 03-31, from 10-01 to 12-31.
- - Optional services:
- Crib: 50 PLN per day. Max. quantity: 1.
- - Towels are changed every 8 days.
