This warm, comfortable 2-bedroom/2-bath townhome can sleep up to 6 people. It has been recently remodeled with new granite countertops and new flooring across the entire condo. There is a large and welcoming living area, smart TV, gas fireplace, dining for 6 (plus 4 at the bar stools), and a fully stocked kitchen with large countertop/bar.
The 2 bedrooms are the perfect place to relax in after a big day on the slopes. The primary bedroom has a King bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom. The secondary bedroom can sleep up to 4 and has a double bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle. This room also has a TV and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
