On almost an acre of forested mountain land, this mountain home features a hot tub, expansive decks, outdoor living with fire-pit, peace, quiet and easily-accessible solitude — all in a modern, well-appointed and spacious package that will serve you and your family or small group well!
As you make your way here, you’ll notice the proximity to Colorado Springs, the well-maintained roads, and the little town of Florissant, complete with inviting mountain dining options — and of course the incredible mountain scenery and authentic Colorado environs! Park in the large gravel driveway and enter up the stairs and through the front door on the deck. You’ll enter into an open, warm, inviting space. The large windows let in the views of the spruces and pines outside, along with plenty of natural light. The main living area is an open-concept design, with the living room, dining room and kitchen all comfortably connected. You’ll notice the comfortable, inviting sectional, the large tv, the kitchen table with seating for 6, the wood trim, the windows, the lighting, the ambiance — all perfect for entertaining, or relaxing after a long day’s exploring in this mountain wonderland.
The large, bright kitchen features quality, stainless steel appliances, gas-cooktop, quality wooden cabinetry, voluminous counter space, and the opportunity to watch the birds and the trees out the perfectly placed sink-window as you go about finishing or cleaning up from the latest culinary creation.
Head down the hall past the charming wooden bookcase to 3 of the home’s 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom features royal king comfort, separate chaise lounge and ridiculously soft & comfortable sofa-chair. A spacious, inviting private bathroom services the primary bedroom. There’s another king-appointed bedroom, as well as one featuring queen comfort — both serviced by a welcoming bath with an upright walk-in soaking tub. This maintenance visit, usually lasting about an hour, ensures that the hot tub is kept clean, functional, and ready for your enjoyment throughout your stay.
Rest assured, these visits are designed to be non-intrusive. The technician only needs access to the outdoor area and will not disturb your indoor privacy. We schedule these sessions to ensure minimal disruption to your relaxation and aim to provide you with a seamless, top-notch experience.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4 pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
🔑 Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.

📢 Type of Cooling for the Home
2 mini split AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
