From the moment you enter, the sky-high ceilings and completely unobstructed views of the picturesque Cheyenne Mountains and Pikes Peak, that can be seen from just about every angle inside or outside from the amazing multi-level deck, help to create the ambiance of this beautiful home.
This recently updated and centrally located 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home, nestled at the end of a quiet safe cul-de-sac, is the peaceful retreat you’ve been looking for. Stylishly finished with an emphasis on natural light and openness, the attention to detail can be found in every corner. With an appreciation for creating an open concept, vaulted ceilings and a wall of huge sliding doors and windows, illuminate the stunning view of the mountains. The home is centered around the main living space, furnished with comfortable leather reclining couches, 60 in flat screen TV and a charming gas stone fireplace, perfect for those colder Colorado nights.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, blender and even a crock pot. Slide open the barn door and find a pantry with any additional appliances or cookware you might need. Your group will love the open-concept layout with bar seating, ideal for entertaining. Guests can watch their favorite show on the mounted flat screen TV or take in the amazing mountain view, all while preparing their favorite meal!
Off to the side is a separate dining area that adds to the flow of the open layout, tastefully designed for special gatherings or those everyday moments. The beautiful rustic wood dining table and bench sits inside a set of bay windows, that allow for even more natural light. Located on the main level as well, are a 2nd bedroom and convenient 1/2 bath. Hotel-grade linens and a slew of fluffy pillows provide nothing but comfort, from the queen-sized bed, as you look out on yet another set of bay windows, to watch the sunrise filtered through the giant Spruce tree that frames the view.
The stairs off the main floor lead up to the entire 3rd level master suite, which is as practical as it is tasteful, with its Southwestern flair. A private sitting area, en-suite bathroom, and oversized walk-in closet add to this space. The enormous picture window that envelopes much of the room, allows you to rollover and not leave your bed to take in the amazing views of the mountains and wildlife right outside your window. The sitting area has 2 stylish leather chairs and ottoman that you can take in the latest Netflix movie on your own personal flat screen tv or admire even more mountain views from the sliding glass doors, that lead to your own private upper deck with its own comfy sectional to curl up in! Unwind and pamper yourself in this amazing master bath, indulge in the over-sized walk-in shower and drench yourself in the rain fall shower head or take a relaxing soak in its separate free-standing tub...it’s all there!
The stairs leading down off the main floor take you to an entirely separate lower level, that’s centered around the perfect entertaining and gathering space with its own bar area, flat screen tv, mini fridge, sink and plenty of glassware for an ice-cold beer, tasty margarita or that perfect glass of wine with family and friends! This lower level also has its own private access to an outside patio and backyard, through either sliding glass doors or a smaller door in the bedroom. With tons of natural light and a plush queen size bed, this lower bedroom is sure to be welcoming after a long day exploring the sights of Colorado Springs. It’s full bath with walk-in shower is the perfect size to be able to accommodate all your needs. A separate space houses an oversized washer and dryer for our guests use, a total added bonus to any stay!
Last but certainly not least, the outdoor space is truly an entertainer’s delight... the multi-tiered deck is one of the best aspects of the home and will not disappoint! From every angle there are breathtaking views of rolling hills, the Cheyanne Mountains, and Pikes Peak, in the summer months and holidays you can even see incredible fireworks displays from both The Broadmoor and Pikes Peak.
The unobstructed wide-open space is truly spectacular, and this property takes full advantage of its close proximity to nature and is often visited by wildlife. You can even follow the trail from the beautifully landscaped backyard, that leads up to Quail Lake where you can partake in paddle boarding, moonlit paddle board yoga, fishing and canoeing. Fire up the grill for that perfect steak or burger, light the fire pit and kick back with your favorite beverage to take some of the most amazing mountain sunsets... from this gem of a property!
We will send you detailed instructions no less than 48 hours prior to your arrival after you complete our verification portal. You will have privacy and access to the entire house using your special code given upon booking. Front door has a digital smart lock.
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
- We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
- Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
- Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
- Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city’s area.
- The TV’s offer streaming services only for guest’s to use their subscriptions. Just don’t forget to log out! Local channels are available via antenna.

Last, it’s your vacation, so you probably don’t want a lot of RULES. So think of these more as our strong requests:
- NO SMOKING inside. This includes Colorado’s newest cash crop.
- We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

About the area
One of the best aspects of this home is that you don’t need to go too far to have an adventure or explore the outdoors! “Willow Peak” backs to wooded open space with a trail that leads to Quail Lake so we encourage you to bring your little ones. Being on a cul-de-sac means the neighborhood is less-traversed and is considered to be very safe and peaceful. Nestled against the Rocky Mountains, Colorado Springs offers a wide range of fresh-air activities and stunning natural vistas. Enjoy hiking, rafting, fishing, hunting, snowshoeing, skiing, ziplining, wildlife spotting, and much more.
The neighborhood is located in the Southwestern part of Colorado Springs near The Broadmoor World Arena and close to the world-class Broadmoor Resort. Enjoy easy access to S Nevada Ave, an excellent up-and-upcoming region that leads to Downtown. There are also plenty of nearby eateries and activities like Carrabba's Italian Grill, Cinemark Tinseltown, and World Arena Ice Hall.
