The Lake Lugano holiday rental is situated on the ground floor of the building and its lakeside setting means that it boasts amazing 180 degree views of Lake Lugano and the surrounding area from every single room. Large windows make the most of the views and let in plenty of light.
This Lake Lugano holiday rental was rented for the first time in 2022, after the owners joined together two separate one bedroom apartments to form a larger 2 bedroom property. The result is quite a unique property with 2 bedrooms, 2 open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, 2 bathrooms and 2 private balconies. Please note that the apartments have been linked via the bedrooms however the door between the rooms is sound-proofed to ensure no noise passes...

This 2 bedroom Lake Lugano holiday rental is just a short stroll from the centre of San Mamete where there is a good choice of restaurants and cafes etc. It is also within an easy 5 minute walk of the ferry boat landing. Whilst it is located in Italy, it is also situated about 5 minutes from the Swiss border and is a really convenient position for those who plan to do some sightseeing during their stay. It's an hours drive from Milan and 15 minutes from the affluent Swiss town of Lugano where there are a plethora of high-end designer clothing and fashion stores and a famous casino. Just 30 minutes by car, you'll find yourself on the shores of Lake Como and at the popular lakeside town of Menaggio.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
