This Lake Lugano holiday rental was rented for the first time in 2022, after the owners joined together two separate one bedroom apartments to form a larger 2 bedroom property. The result is quite a unique property with 2 bedrooms, 2 open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, 2 bathrooms and 2 private balconies. Please note that the apartments have been linked via the bedrooms however the door between the rooms is sound-proofed to ensure no noise passes between the two bedrooms if closed. The two outside balconies at this Lake Lugano holiday rental are both equipped with a table and chairs and a couple of sun loungers are also provided. They really are the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif or a bite to eat at breakfast time. The property also has satellite TV, a DVD player, DVD library and music system. There is no parking on site at this Lake Lugano holiday rental but guests have the option of paying the local cafe owner to park at his cafe for the duration of their stay. Or we would be delighted to show you alternative parking places where you can leave your car on arrival. Please note that, whilst guests have sole use of the apartment and the benefit of not one, but two private terraces, they can not use the jetty for mooring a boat. Guests can access the lake from this Lake Lugano holiday rental if they want a swim but there is no space by the jetty to sunbathe so guests usually head to the nearby lido instead if they wish to lie in the sun for a few hours.
