This is a lovely 2 bedroom Lake Maggiore apartment situated in the hillside village of Campagnano and sleeping up to 6 guests. It has the most incredible lake views which can be enjoyed from both the apartment, terrace and garden.
As you enter this Lake Maggiore apartment, there is a long tiled hallway. At one end of this, there is a small balcony with lake views. Leading off the hallway is good sized living area. This is a bright airy room with lake views from 2 windows. Furnished in blue and white ’nautical’ colours, it has plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs as well as a table seating four. Next to the living area is a large, well equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a table in the middle of the room seating six.

This Lake Maggiore apartment is situated in the heart of the traditional village of Campagnano. It's an absolutely charming village. However, please note that the streets of the old town of Campagnano are too narrow to allow cars access to this Lake Maggiore apartment. However, there is a free public car park just 200 metres from the apartment. Please note that the streets from the parking area to the property are uneven and cobbled so may be unsuitable for the elderly or infirm. The property is a 12 minute drive from the lakeside. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
