The BLUE MARLIN is a beach house in the charming Gulf of Mexico beachside neighborhood of Mustang Royale. All 3 bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms. It boasts ample outdoor sitting areas for relaxing.
This is an adorable, single-story cottage, perfect for a romantic get-away for a couple, a great fishing trip for friends, or an easy vacation or escape for a family or group of up to ten people. There are three cozy bedroom suites with private ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms (BR1) & (BR2) have queen size beds and the third (BR3) has two sets of twin over full bunk beds. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
