It’s also the location for the nation’s most famous music event, the Coachella Music & Arts Festival. No matter what time of year, there’s always something exciting going on.Local Attractions: Living Desert Zoo And Gardens, PGA Golf Course, Big Rock Golf & Pub, Old Town La Quinta, Shields Date Garden, Arnold Palmer’s Restaurant, Tack Room Tavern, Jackalope Ranch, Okura Sushi Home Truths:- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Please note that fishing is no longer permitted, as it goes against the current HOA rules and regulations.- Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.- There are four exterior cameras: one at the front door, two facing the driveway, and one overlooking the pond area.- A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics.- Please note that the backyard sliding door does not have a screen sliding door available for guest use. The screen door is currently non-operational and is stored inside the garage; it is not for guest use.Parking Details:- A maximum of 4 cars can be parked onsite.- The garage and driveway can each accommodate two compact cars or one mid-sized/large car.- No street parking is allowed after 7 pm, or vehicles will be towed at the guests’ own expense.- Limited parking in the community.---The room configurations are as follows: Primary Bedroom / KingBedroom 2 / KingBedroom 3 / Queen, Queen Bedroom 4 / Queen, Queen---This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
