Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,SmokingAllowed,Parties are NOT permitted. This is our most important rule that will result in an immediate cancelation of your reservation with NO refund.
- No additional guests allowed that are not in the stated on the reservation.
- Maximum 4 cars on the driveway. NO SMOKING INSIDE ($300 FINE will apply if this rules its violated)
- **The Pool is cleaned every Monday and Wednesday for the maintenance and your enjoyment. Be aware that at any time on Wednesday my team will be there cleaning the Pool
- ***For the Heather on the Pool we will need to have at least a 24 hours notice before your check in***
