In the gated community of Laurel Ridge, this freshly renovated home on Orchard Knob Lane sits high on the mountain with spectacular views. Two wonderful decks overlook these views and offer great opportunities for total relaxation. Easy access at the front door includes separate parking and a ramp. The upstairs deck boasts a lovely fireplace and an extra comfortable seating area, along with dining space. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped. A spacious downstairs bedroom with a den and gas fireplace, and a double-car garage make Orchard Knob a great place to get away from it all! Only 15 minutes from downtown Black Mountain and 35 minutes from downtown Asheville.
House Layout:
Main Level- Kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, BR with king and bay window has an amazing view, and a spacious full bath. Second BR with King and handicap-accessible shower.
Lower Level- Third BR with the queen, gas logs, and sleeper sofa shares Jack and Jill bath with the Fourth bedroom, which has a king-sized bed. All bedrooms access the large deck (the outdoor TV is locked behind a cabinet and not available to use). Some pets are allowed with an additional fee.
Please Note: SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED for your convenience. This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. Orchard Knob has a 3-night minimum stay. Per Laurel Ridge HOA restrictions: NO campers, RVs, recreational vehicles, or ATVs. Any such vehicle could be towed at the renter’s expense.
This home is equipped with a wheelchair ramp, an ADA-certified toilet (complete with horizontal and vertical grab bars alongside the toilet), a walk-in shower, and a movable ramp to allow easy wheelchair access for thresholds in the house that are higher than ADA height guidelines.
