This beautiful 5-bedroom / 4-bathroom home can sleep up to 20 people, and is perfect for a beautiful southern retreat! Downstairs, just off of the kitchen and dining room you will find the Master Bedroom with an Ensuite bathroom. The double vanity makes getting ready for the day a breeze, and the separate water closet provides the necessary privacy that everyone needs! There is also a Queen bedroom downstairs, located next to the entryway, with a Jack n’ Jill style bathroom. The kids will absolutely love to sleep in the upstairs bunk room, which includes 2 double full bunk beds and 1 twin trundle, sleeping up to 9 people. You will find 2 more bedrooms upstairs, just off the loft. One is equipped with a king-size bed, a desk, and a smart TV, while the other bedroom has 2 queen-size beds. Each room has access to a tub & shower combo bathroom. Charge your electric vehicle with the provided EV charging station in the garage. Spend the night cooking some delicious food on the grill or in the beautifully stocked kitchen. Once the kids have gone to bed, take the fun upstairs and sit down at the brand new poker table. Challenge each other to a game on the ping pong table or a match at the community pickleball courts! With all the amenities this desert home has to offer, the fun will never end!
