Bordered by boulevard Sébastopol to the east and rue Montmartre to the west, as well as boulevard Bonne Nouvelle to the north and rue Réaumur to the south, the Sentier has evolved into a startup hub since 2010. The district is now a melting pot of tradition and modernity, attracting innovative companies such as Doctolib and Blablacar. Restaurant entrepreneurs are also finding their place here, with establishments such as The Hoxton and Jason Gouzy's Michelin-starred restaurant ÉCHO. The Sentier has also inspired writers such as Honoré de Balzac and Louis-Ferdinand Céline, and has been the setting for numerous French films, including Thomas Gilou's "La Vérité si je Mens!" trilogy. Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
