Lunch offers a menu for €20 Starter + main course or Main course + dessert. We advise you to book in advance. Open from Tuesday evening to Saturday evening. - Tourist place : 1. Place Pey Berland Only 10 feet from VILLA ERIZIO. In this square you will find the Rohan palace which houses the Bordeaux town hall, the Saint André cathedral and the Pey Berland tower. The Pey Berland Tower is the most visited historical monument in Bordeaux. Built between 1440 and 1446, on the top floor the tower allows you to dominate the city and offer a unique view of Bordeaux. However, you should not be afraid of climbing 231 steps. - Shopping: 1. 118 Rue Sainte-Catherine: Rue Sainte-Catherine is the most commercial street in Bordeaux. For shopping, nothing better than strolling down this street towards the Place de la Place de la Comédie. Rue Sainte-Catherine is just a 15-minute walk from VILLA ERIZIO.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
