Welcome to this charming four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home located in Palmetto Dunes!
As you walk into the home, you will step into the bright and inviting foyer area where you are greeted by the formal dining room on your right and the spacious living room just ahead of you that overlooks the back deck, the salt water pool (can be heated at an additional cost) and the spacious backyard. The living room features a large sectional sofa, a table and chairs for playing games, a pub-height bar area, a decorative-only fireplace, and a 46-inch flat screen TV. The large, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing daily meals and is located just off the living room. The eat-in kitchen has a breakfast table with seating for six and a breakfast bar with four bar-height stools for extra seating. There is access off the kitchen and living areas to get to the back deck, the pool area, and the backyard. There is also a powder room off of this area and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
The large primary bedroom features a king sized bed, 46-inch flat screen TV, private access to the pool area, and a large, private bathroom with double vanities, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and separate tub. The two guest bedrooms on the first level share a bathroom that has a glass-enclosed tub-shower combo. The first of the guest bedrooms has two twin beds and a 32-inch flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a 32-inch flat screen TV.
The second guest king bedroom is just a few steps up from the first level on the right side of the house, with a 46-inch flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. There is also a twin sleeper sofa in this room.
Enjoy the large back deck that leads down six steps on either side of the deck to the pool deck and lush backyard with a private saltwater pool (pool heat additional cost) and a three-burner gas grill. The beach is just a leisurely 10-12 minute walk and you also have access to the complimentary Palmetto Dunes Beach Buggy when in season (April to September).
