The apartment is located in a popular, vibrant part of town, close but not too busy. The seafront and Hove Lawns are just seconds away! A short walking distance you will find the Church Road area with a wealth of restaurants including Giggling Squid for great Thai food, 'New York' inspired Hixon Green or Ganges Brasserie for Authentic Indian food. There are numerous shops, pubs, bars, cafes all close by and you'll also find a large Tesco supermarket just a short walk away. For some retail therapy Churchill Square and the quirky North Laine area are a 25 minute walk or short journey by Bus/Taxi. Here you will find all the major High Street names, independent shops and colourful diverse stalls. Along the seafront you might like to visit the iconic British Airways i360, take a walk along the promenade or a dip in the sea. A hidden gem located on Kings Esplanade is Marrocco's restaurant serving coffee, great pizza and some of the finest ice cream in town.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Please be considerate to neighbours at all times.
  • Please be considerate to As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times.
  • Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge.
  • If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25.
  • Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour.
  • There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.
