On a quiet street within the vibrant North Laine area, this lovely 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom house with walled terrace is the ideal place to relax and unwind. It is beautifully furnished and designed with neutral tones and natural textures like wooden floors, for example. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need during your stay - there’s an Dualit toaster and Bosch kettle so you are all set for breakfast! There’s also an oven, large gas hob, fridge with freezer plus, washing machine plus plenty of cookware, glassware and crockery. There’s also plenty of space for preparing your brunch or dinners for friends and family. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper and cooking oil - so please help yourself. The dining room has a table can seat up to 4 guests and also doubles up perfectly as a workspace too. There is excellent Wifi provided. In the evenings relax and unwind with a glass of wine in the in the walled garden. You can also have a lovely meal out here as there is outdoor furniture. With a large sofas and Smart TV, the living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind. THE BEDROOMS / SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Bedroom 1 - king size bed Bedroom 2 - double bed There are 2 double bedrooms, both finished to a high standard in neutral tones, great wall art and some unusual furniture items. Bedrooms 1 has a character exposed brick wall. The large sash windows in both bedrooms let in plenty of natural light during the day whilst the shutters ensure a great nights sleep. Both bedrooms have storage for your clothes and personal items. We provide plenty of fresh white linen and towels for all guests. The modern family bathroom has a toilet, basin, bath and separate walk-in shower. You’ll find plenty of big towels, hand towels and toiletries for your use. FANTASTIC LOCATION!: In a fantastic location, you can stroll through the North Laine and take in Brighton life; grab a coffee and cake at one of the many independent coffee shops; visit a local Brighton pub; shop at the array of independent boutiques and take in some culture at the Brighton Museum, art gallery or the theatre. Everything can be reached on foot! Guests have access to the flat privately for themselves during their stay. TRAIN Brighton train station is less than half a mile/five minutes walk away with frequent trains to London Victoria and Kings Cross and beyond. BUSES & TAXIS There are plenty of buses, taxis and Uber, but most of the city’s hidden gems can be reached and explored on foot. PARKING There is an NCP car park directly across the street from the entrance to Frederick Gardens, next to Pure Gym on North Road. Alternatively it can be cheaper to park at Brighton train station which can be booked in advance through the Park Indigo app. BIKES Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. The nearest location is about a minutes walk away on Upper Gloucester Road/Surrey Street. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs at Saltdean. - For group bookings all guests must be aged 25 or over - thank you for your co-operation. - Strictly NO parties or late night noise: please check the HOUSE RULES.
