The Neighborhood
Everything you will want or need during your stay is within walking distance and you are surrounded by some beautiful architecture as well as the sea front for wonderful beach strolls. It's close to the sea with the iconic Brighton i360 viewing platform and West Pier. Preston Street is THE food street in Brighton. Here you will find almost every type of international food as well as a few interesting bars. Some favourites are Bincho, Etci, China Garden and just round the corner - the famous Regency Restaurant. For bars try Oast, Gungho and Bar Medusa. If you are looking for a great traditional pub, try the Lion and Lobster around the corner! You can easily access supermarkets and a pharmacy. Central Brighton - for shopping and entertainment is a few minute’s walk. Brighton Pier and the West Pier are easily accessible as are the Lanes and the North Laine for shopping and great independent shops and cafes.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- HOUSE RULES
- Please be considerate to neighbours at all times
- Please take your shoes off when inside the property
- No confetti or glitter to be used inside the property
- No use of own stereo or sound systems during your stay
- As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking (inside the house or out of the windows) and no parties please.
- There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.
- No congregating outside the house - please go to either end of the road to smoke - away from the residential area
- Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour NOISE & DISTURBANCE
- If there are any neighbour complaints and security patrol are called you are at risk of losing your entire deposit of £750 and possible eviction.
