The Marbella Club HIlls holiday home has a modern, contemporary style and has its own private garden where you can enjoy the best sunny afternoons overlooking the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and Africa. The house is built on two levels and consists of 4 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms, a guest toilet, a spacious living dining room with direct access to the terrace, open plan kitchen and private garden. On the upper floor is the living room which is equipped with a chaise longue sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, and the dining room with a table for four people. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace which is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs and an outdoor dining table with 8 chairs to the huge garden. On the same floor is the kitchen, fully equipped with the best qualities, microwave, two-door fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster and with all kinds of kitchenware, crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware, Also on the upper floor is the master bedroom suite with king size bed, bath and shower and covered terrace with panoramic sea views and a smaller bedroom with a sofa bed. On the lower floor are the 2 guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Bath towels and bed linen are provided, and for a small fee beach towels are available for all bedrooms so you only need to bring your own personal items. The house is air-conditioned, so you can adjust the temperature for heating or air-conditioning. WIFI is also available throughout the property. Also included in the rent is a parking space with carport. In the urbanization you will find a gym, sauna and Turkish bath or hammam, and a swimming pool with great views (opening hours 08:00-22:00, may vary depending on season and subject to variation of availability).
